People at work (and in general) ought to be far more humble about our capacity to make questionable decisions (even when we're trying our hardest to do the opposite). The amount of work/effort required to mitigate this vulnerability is routinely and massively underestimated.
Avoiding this mistake, I believe, is a key ingredient for personal and professional growth. And for understanding where best to deploy intelligent decision automation technologies.
