It is not possible to delete all facts from a knowledge map in one go - this would be something you would do on an individual basis.
However - if you do not require the concept instances that the facts are attached to, i.e. if you had created some dummy concept instances for testing which were not required as part of the final solution - you can just delete the concept instance which will quickly remove any facts that are attached.
Just be aware that if you delete a concept instance that is references in a rule - the rule that references it will be removed as it will no longer be valid.
